1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Services

By registering an account, purchasing a subscription license, downloading the local client program, or participating in the affiliate partner network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and Recovalet Platform.

Recovalet provides cryptographic keyspace search capacity allocated on globally distributed server clusters. Our services aim to assist users in scanning elliptic curve parameters for candidate private keys. You acknowledge that cryptographic recovery is computationally intensive, probabilistic in nature, and dependent upon variables including keyspace scope, wallet configurations, and available telemetry.

2. Licensing, Software Setup, & Usage Restrictions

Upon confirmation of subscription payment, Recovalet grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the desktop client program on compatible Windows 10/11 operating systems.

You are strictly prohibited from reselling licensing keys, reverse-engineering local setups, decompiling binary assets, or modifying server-facing handshake communications. Recovalet reserves the right to terminate activation keys immediately if malicious client behavior or unauthorized exploitation of server resources is identified.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and computational throughput of our distributed GPU clusters. If you are unsatisfied with the scanning performance, keyspace analysis speed, or node allocation of your subscription plan, **you are entitled to a full 100% refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase**.

To request a refund under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, please follow these instructions:

  1. Submit a refund request by emailing `[email protected]` or by contacting us via the dashboard support desk.
  2. Provide your unique invoice hash, account registration details, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Specify a valid destination wallet address to receive the refunded digital assets.

Refunds will be processed in the equivalent cryptocurrency amount (matching the original US Dollar invoice value at the time of calculation) and sent to your designated wallet within seventy-two (72) hours of refund confirmation.

4. Affiliate & Partner Code of Conduct

Affiliates who participate in the partner referral network must maintain ethical promotional practices:

  • Self-referrals (buying subscriptions using your own referral code to collect commissions) are strictly prohibited.
  • Affiliates must not run paid search campaigns targeting direct brand keywords (e.g. bidding on "Recovalet", "Recovalet wallet recovery") on search engines.
  • Misrepresenting software recovery rates or claiming guaranteed success on corrupt wallet configurations is grounds for immediate partner program ban and forfeiture of pending balances.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitations of Liability

Except for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee detailed in Section 3, all software, database lookups, and GPU server allocations are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recovalet does not warrant that cryptographic scanning will identify active private keys for every target block address. Under no circumstances shall Recovalet be liable for any digital asset losses, computational hardware wear, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use our recovery network.
